7 Year Surface/Structural Warranty
The acrylic surfaces of Riptide Exercise Pools are covered to be free from leaks and defects in materials and workmanship for ten years.
5 Year No Leak Warranty
Riptide Exercise Pools are covered against leaks caused by defects in manufacturing and workmanship for five years.
5 Year Volcano 3000 Heater Warranty
The Volcano 3000 heater is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for five years without exception provided that the component has failed to operate properly within the exercise pool's system.
5 Year Eternawood Cabinet Warranty
The Eternawood cabinet is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for five years, specifically structural integrity including all glue and integral bonded joints. The cosmetic finish is covered against defects in materials and workmanship at the time of initial delivery. Fading and weathering of the surface may occur naturally over time and are not considered defects.
5 Year Ltd Component Warranty
Electrical components, pumps, and other components are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for five years. Some parts, such as filter cartridges are not included in this warranty, but are covered against defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
1 Year Trim (Tile) and Cover Warranty
Riptide Exercise Pool tile trim, cover and cover locks are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year.
