We became interested in buying a Hot Tub after we have been on holiday with access to a private tub within the cabin. Although we shopped around we could find no better quality than within the Hot Spring’s showroom at our local garden centre. There was never any “in your face” hard selling, they were just there to assist us with our choices & options. Everyone at HotSpring is professional and courteous, from the sales group to the install and after care services teams. We purchased a HotSpring’s hot tub purely for the enjoyment and since we have had it installed we have found that we spend more quality time together as a couple and also enjoy hosting “Tub ‘n’ Grub” evenings with our friends. We installed it with a part of the garden what had been a waste ground. Complete with the hot tub shelter it not only provides an excellent recreational facility, but also greatly enhances the aesthetics of our home. In our HotSpring hot tub we honestly feel we have made an excellent investment for a better quality of life and firmly believe we made the right choice for both the quality & longevity of the spa as well as the excellent service and support backup.

After my wife and son had visited some friends in Essex they both commented on their hot tub they had been in.  After the most recent visit, I muttered those immortal words "Let's just go and have a look!" After browsing for a short time you introduced yourself and began explaining all about the HotSpring versions and what to look for generally when planning a purchase.  It was obvious you were very knowledgeable about the whole aspect of hot tubs in general and went to great lengths to explain the benefits of the 'HotSpring Experience'.  We were impressed with the displays in general but particularly with the Sovereign and Vista EX in costal grey as displayed in the show area.  That is when we left to visit Hindhead Hot Tubs to see what they had to offer. On arrival at Hindhead the first thing we noticed was the poor quality of the buildings, which looked similar from a distance and yes they were a bit cheaper.  Then we browsed the tubs, which looked similar but yes you've guessed it, we could see they were of inferior quality!  This was evident from the type/quality of the controls through to the noise they made with the jets on, emphasis on the word 'jet' would be appropriate!  We basically walked straight out just as the youngster sitting behind the desk asked if he could help, we politely said "No, but thanks for asking" and left.  We then made our way back to Farnham having decided to buy one from you.  The rest is history of course, we signed that day and took advantage of the offers available at the time.  Thanks again for coming out to the house to assist with widths etc but of course they craned it in over the back fence on the day.  The HotSpring truck turned up right on time and the two guys got right on with the job.  After turning the garden into what looked like a bomb site the installation was complete and the operation of the hot tub was explained and we went through the chemicals etc.  When they left you wouldn't have known they had been, every scrap of debris, paper, cardboard etc they took away. Really what we are saying is we are so glad we came to you first, your knowledge was invaluable in us making a decision on who to buy from, the only sensible decision being HotSpring!  We are extremely happy with the product, its quality, the installation etc and consider it to be one of the best things we have ever bought.  I describe it as something whereby the novelty never wears off! 

We would like to say that you made our buying experience pleasurable with your knowledge and expertise of the HotSpring products and we would certainly recommend you to anyone in the market for a hot tub.  The home resort cabin you recommended has made a great feature in our garden. We would also like to thank you for your time and patience with our many questions and visits.   Whilst writing we would like to comment on the professionalism of the installers for the home resort and hot tub.  They were informative, tidy and helpful. We are delighted with our choice and know that the whole family will have endless fun and relaxation for many years to come.  We would of course be more than happy to show off our home resort and hot tub to any customers who wish to see it before they buy!

Our hot tub was delivered early June 2007 and since then it has brought us much pleasure and enjoyment, as well as making our friends and family very envious!  At the initial visit to the showroom a full explanation of the models available was given, as well as all the associated maintenance routines and running costs.  We were both very impressed by the quality of all the hot tubs on offer as well as the knowledge of Richard, the Sales Consultant.  After considering the different models we placed an order with an installation date agreed shortly afterwards.  On the day of installation the men were punctual, very polite, and installed our new hot tub giving us a demonstration as well as explaining all the chemicals and maintenance routine.  Since then we have had no problems whatsoever and the tub, over a year later and after quite a lot of use, is still like new.  We would highly recommend buying a hot tub from HotSpring Spas!
